At Oraluxe™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. oral care products already used: toothpaste, toothbrushes, whitening powders).
2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
