Refund & Return Policy — Oraluxe™

At Oraluxe™, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.


1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. oral care products already used: toothpaste, toothbrushes, whitening powders).

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at 📧 oraluxe.service@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need an exchange, email us at oraluxe.service@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Shipping costs (non-refundable once the order has shipped)

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at oraluxe.service@gmail.com.
